Does listing cost anything?
No. A listing in the Shiftdesk firm directory is free after successful review. Any additional services or individual cooperation would be agreed transparently and separately in advance.
Who can apply?
Tax advisors, tax advisory firms, payroll offices and professional payroll service providers can apply. The directory is particularly relevant for providers with experience in shift-based sectors and digital payroll processes.
When will my entry be published?
Not immediately after applying. We first review the cooperation, then you complete your profile and opt in. The entry becomes public only after Shiftdesk approves the final content.
Can I edit my profile later?
Yes. Contact details, specialisations and the description can be updated. Content changes are reviewed again and the entry may remain offline until renewed approval.
Can my clients receive a discount?
Yes, Shiftdesk can configure an individual client discount code. Amount, duration and approval are agreed case by case; the 15% for twelve months example is not a promise.
Why does Shiftdesk not promote commission here?
For tax firms and payroll offices, our standard approach is a client discount rather than a cash payment to the firm. Professionally sensitive individual models may be reviewed case by case, but are neither enabled automatically nor promised here.
Which businesses see the directory?
The directory is public. It is aimed especially at shift-based businesses looking for help with payroll, DATEV-related processes, scheduling and digital time tracking.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. After the initial approval you can optionally upload a firm logo to your profile. The logo is reviewed as part of the public profile.
What happens when I change my entry?
Content changes reset the existing content approval. This prevents unreviewed text from going public; Shiftdesk restores the updated profile after another review.
How can I deactivate the entry?
You can turn off public visibility in your profile. The entry then disappears from the directory and can be reactivated later while content and cooperation remain approved.
