Can I cancel or switch plans anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime, no fixed contract term. Upgrades are prorated against your current billing period; downgrades take effect from the next period.
What counts as an "employee"?
Every employee you've created in Shiftdesk — regardless of status (active, inactive, archived). You pay exactly for what you manage in the system.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You start with just your email address, enter no payment details, and get full access to Shiftdesk for 14 days. Stripe checkout only comes into play once you decide on a plan.
