The time log at a glance
The time log
The Time log is your central place for all recorded working times. Here you see all shifts, clockings and corrections — sorted by employee, day and status.
How to open the log
In the dashboard, go to Time log. By default the page loads the current week.
Three views
- Day view — All entries for a single day, ideal for the daily review.
- Week view — A matrix with employees in the rows and weekdays in the columns. The fastest overview for managers.
- Month view — Aggregated target/actual hours per employee across the month. The basis for the working-time account close.
Columns of the list view
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Employee | Name and personnel number |
| Date | Day of the shift |
| Target | Scheduled time from the schedule |
| Actual | Actually recorded working time (net, excluding break) |
| Deviation | Difference actual - target in minutes |
| Break | Effective break time |
| Status | pending, approved, locked, rejected |
| Source | plan, clock, hybrid, manual |
Filters
In the top right you'll find filters for:
- Date range (freely selectable or quick selection)
- Location and department
- Employee
- Status (Pending, Approved, Locked)
- Source (e.g. only clockings or only manual entries)
- With warnings (overtime, missing break, rest-period violation)
Actions
From the list you can:
- Approve or reject entries
- Trigger bulk actions
- Create a manual entry
- Lock the month (admins only)
Tip
Save your most-used filter as the default so that after each login you go straight to your review list.
