Shiftdesk offers seven standard reports. Each has a clear purpose and a target role. The following table helps you choose.

- "How many overtime hours does Anna have?" → Working-time account
- "What does Team Berlin cost us in March?" → Payroll overview
- "How much night surcharge accrues this month?" → Surcharges

- "What does the tax advisor receive?" → Payroll journal with DATEV export
Opening
You'll find all reports under Reports in the dashboard menu. Choose the type at the top, then set the filters below. A detailed guide is available under Creating reports.
> Tip: Save frequently used reports as a favorite so you don't have to reconfigure them every time.
