Exporting the schedule as a PDF
You can export any schedule as a PDF to print it out, post it in the break room or distribute it by email.
Starting the export
- Go to Schedule.
- Choose the period you want (week or month).
- Click Export in the top right, then PDF.
- Optional: filter by department or location to export only the relevant section.
- Confirm with Create PDF. The file is downloaded.
What the PDF contains
- Header with company name, period and creation date
- Employee rows with name and position
- Shift cells with start time, end time and break information
- Color coding of the templates, where defined
- Total row with target and planned hours per employee
- Footer with the note "As of: DD.MM.YYYY HH:MM"

Tips for posting
- Print the schedule in color so the template colors stay recognizable.
- Post the schedule only after publishing so that it matches the employees' app view. See Publishing shifts.
- After every change in the system you should print a new PDF to avoid confusion. Always note the version date.
- For sensitive data such as notes, you can enable the Hide notes filter.
