App: account, profile & settings

Account and settings in the app

Under Settings, every employee manages their profile and personal app options.

Profile

• Name and role are displayed
• upload a profile picture via camera or gallery

Personal options

• Appearance: light or dark mode
• Language: currently German (more in preparation)
• Notifications: switch push types on/off (see App: chat, announcements & push notifications)
• Calendar sync: transfer shifts to the device calendar (iOS/Android)

Documents

Under Documents, the employee can download and view shared company documents (e.g. policies, training materials).

Kiosk PIN

Anyone who clocks in at a tablet time clock finds their personal kiosk PIN here and can regenerate it. Details: Getting and managing your kiosk PIN.

Security & account

• Change password (via the secure web sign-in)
• Two-factor authentication (see Setting up MFA)
• Delete account: the legally required way to request deletion of an account directly from the app (with email confirmation)

Tip

With calendar sync, shifts automatically land in the usual phone calendar — handy for everyone who does not open the app every day.
